To help our employees build wealth by granting them participation interests in selected company projects.
Double Drive Program:
Five-year incentive plan awarding eligible employees a $50,000 car if the Company’s value doubles prior to December 31, 2010 (amount is pro-rata for those hired after 10/1/2006).
Share the Wealth Bonus Program:
This annual bonus covers all full-time employees paying up to 60% of their base salary if the Company achieves its yearly goals. For 2006 the Share the Wealth Bonus totaled 52% of an employees base salary.
