Community Involvement
Giving back to the communities in which we live and work is supported with this one-of-a-kind program.
Each employee that chooses to participate in The Hilcorp Giving Program has an account established with the Greater Houston Community Foundation that Hilcorp funds with $2,500, which can be donated to any U.S.-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization the employee chooses.
In subsequent years, Hilcorp will match dollar for dollar (up to a $2,000 maximum) every donation that an employee makes to their fund.
Over $3 million in grants by employees have been made to US based 501(c)(3)
non-profit organizations.
