The Hilcorp Giving Program
Hilcorp encourages a culture of giving by supporting employees’ charitable efforts. The Hilcorp Giving Program is one of a kind: it initially funds your giving, allows you the freedom to direct your donations to organizations you choose, and increases your giving power by providing on-going matching gifts in years to come.
More than $1.5 million in grants by employees have been made to US based 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations since October 2007.

Hilcorp Helping Hands is an employee supported and managed assistance fund.
The Hilcorp Helping Hands (HHH) provides a way to help Hilcorp Energy Company employees who have encountered unusual, unexpected, long-term financial hardship such as:
• Uninsured losses caused by fire, crime, flood or other disasters
• Unusual medical expenses caused by severe illness or accident
