Jeffery D. Hildebrand

Executive Chairman

Jeffery D. Hildebrand is the founder and Executive Chairman of Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to founding Hilcorp in 1989, Mr. Hildebrand was with American Energy Capital Corporation, the Dan A. Hughes Company, and Exxon Company, U.S.A.

Mr. Hildebrand earned a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Geology, both from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Hildebrand serves on the boards of Central Houston, Inc. the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Houston Police Foundation. He is Vice Chairman of The University of Texas Systems Board of Regents, Chairman of The University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO) and is a member of the University Lands Advisory Board. He also serves on the Texas Lieutenant Governor’s Energy Advisory Board and is a member of Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy Board of Advisors.

Mike Brezina

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mike Brezina is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to joining Hilcorp in 2014, Mike was the Founder and President of Vantage HRO providing human resource consulting and executive coaching for businesses/leaders including Hilcorp. He has over 25 years of human resource related experience including leadership positions with David Weekley Homes, Hewlett Packard and Compaq.

Mr. Brezina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lamar University and Master’s Degree from the University of Houston.

Michael D. Fertitta

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Michael Fertitta is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to joining Hilcorp in 2010, Mr. Fertitta worked in the Energy Group at Och-Ziff Capital Management in New York City and practiced law in the Energy & Natural Resources Group at Kelly, Hart & Hallman in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Fertitta graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Small Steps Nurturing Center, the Leadership Cabinet at Texas Children’s Hospital and the Board of Directors of Buffalo Bayou Partnership.

Fred Muck

Senior Vice President – Marketing

Fred T. Muck is the Senior Vice President of Marketing of Hilcorp Energy Company. Mr. Muck joined Hilcorp in January 2001 as Vice President of Marketing. Prior to working for Hilcorp, he served as Vice President of Koch Gateway Pipeline Company. Mr. Muck has extensive experience in hydrocarbon marketing and business development as a result of his 18 years with Koch. Mr. Muck holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Brian A. Wilbanks

Senior Vice President – Lower 48 West

Brian Wilbanks is Senior Vice President of Lower 48 West for Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to Hilcorp, Mr. Wilbanks was with Goldman Sachs, Netherland Sewell & Associates, SM Energy, and Burlington Resources/ConocoPhillips. Mr. Wilbanks has 15 years of in depth upstream experience with 9 years concentrated in asset management and 6 years concentrated in upstream and midstream M&A.

Mr. Wilbanks holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Independent Petroleum Association of America.

Greg Lalicker

Chief Executive Officer

Greg Lalicker is the Chief Executive Officer of Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to working for Hilcorp, Mr. Lalicker was with BHP Petroleum in Midland, Houston, London and Melbourne as well as McKinsey & Company where he worked in their Houston, Abu Dhabi and London offices prior to joining Hilcorp Energy. He originally joined Hilcorp’s leadership team in 2006 as Executive Vice President where he was responsible for all exploration and production activities. Mr. Lalicker graduated as a Petroleum Engineer from the University of Tulsa, he’s also earned his Masters of Business Administration and a law degree.

David Buehring

Senior Vice President – Technical Services

David Buehring is Senior Vice President, Technical Services. Mr. Buehring joined Hilcorp Energy in May 1997. During his time, he has served in various roles of increasing responsibility, which include Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, Asset Team Leader, Vice President of Lower 48 Exploration and Production, Vice President of Drilling, and his current role. Prior to joining Hilcorp Energy, Mr. Buehring worked for Amerada Hess and Texaco E&P, where he held various engineering assignments in both reservoir and production. Mr. Buehring is a graduate of Texas A&I University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Gas Engineering.

Jill H. Fisk

Senior Vice President – Lower 48 East

Jill Fisk is Senior Vice President of Lower 48 East for Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to joining Hilcorp in 2009 Ms. Fisk was with Chevron in various engineering roles for domestic and international assets and the Energy Resource Technology Company. Ms. Fisk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Luke D. Saugier

Senior Vice President – Acquisitions & Divestitures

Luke Saugier is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Development for Hilcorp Energy Company. Mr. Saugier joined Hilcorp in 2003 and has served in various reservoir engineering and operational roles in Louisiana, Texas, and Alaska. He has experience in both conventional and unconventional assets.

Mr. Saugier holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Economics and Management from the Institut Francais du Petrol in Paris, France.

David S. Wilkins

Senior Vice President – Alaska

David Wilkins is the Senior Vice President of Hilcorp Alaska. Prior to joining Hilcorp Mr. Wilkins was employed by Marathon Oil Company in numerous engineering, operations and management positions, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Wilkins also worked for Dowell-Schlumberger in several cementing and fracture stimulation positions. Mr. Wilkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University.

Jason C. Rebrook

President

Mr.Rebrook is the President of Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to joining Hilcorp in 2008, Mr. Rebrook was with GE Capital and Chevron, managing both domestic and international assignments.
Mr. Rebrook holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Marietta College and Hilcorp Energy Company. He is a member of Duke University’s Energy Task Force, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Independent Petroleum Association of America, and Greater Houston Partnership.

Shelbie DeZell

Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer

Shelbie DeZell is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Hilcorp Energy Company. Prior to joining Hilcorp in 2002, Shelbie was with the public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mrs. DeZell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sean P. Kolassa

President – Harvest Midstream Company

Sean P. Kolassa is President of Harvest Midstream Company. Prior to joining Harvest, he was with Pacific Gas & Electric, El Paso Corporation. Mr. Kolassa’s midstream experience includes leadership roles in commercial functions as well as work in gas system design and planning for pipeline and storage facilities. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Curtis D. Smith

Senior Vice President – Land

Curtis Smith is Senior Vice President, Land of Hilcorp Energy Company. Mr. Smith joined Hilcorp in 2002 as Vice President, Land. Prior to working for Hilcorp, Mr. Smith held various land, international business development and commercial positions with Oxy, Bass Enterprises, Texaco and Santa Fe Energy where he served as commercial manager for Santa Fe’s subsidiary, Petrolera Santa Fe, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mr. Smith graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management and currently serves on the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, Houston Association of Professional Landmen, Independent Petroleum Association of America and Greater Houston Partnership.
