An Employee Funded and Managed Program

The Hilcorp Helping Hands (HHH) provides a way for Hilcorp Employees to help each other through unusual and unexpected financial hardship such as:

  • A death in the family.
  • Unusual medical expenses caused by severe illness or accident.
  • Uninsured losses caused by fire, crime, flood or other disasters.
  • An extraordinary circumstance that the HHH committee deems appropriate.

Helping Hands helped 66 Hilcorp families who were impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

Employees volunteered manpower and donated nearly $500,000 for the disaster relief effort.
