At Hilcorp, we are committed to open communications with our royalty and working interest owners.

HSJ Owner due to our recent system upgrade and unforeseen system delays, we were unable to process payments as normally scheduled. At this time, we expect to issue your March 25th payments out of our system to you by April 8, 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Due to the weather in Houston and system delays, payments will be later than expected but we're working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
HILCORP IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE NEW FUNCTIONALITY IN THE OWNER RELATIONS SYSTEM. As a registered user of the online system you will now be able to submit change of address requests online. Users can also enroll in direct deposit online. No longer will you have to print and mail the forms in. Simply login, complete the form online and click "submit."
We receive a wide variety of inquiries and requests daily, so please submit all inquiries and requests in writing with the appropriate documentation attached. Along with those materials, please provide the owner number, name, signature, and last four digits of the social security number or tax identification number.
When calling our hotline, if you are unable to reach someone, please leave a message with the owner name and number, as well as a call back number. We will get back to you as soon as possible, but keep in mind that some requests will require time to research and process.
