Following the devastating floods on July 4, 2025 in the Texas Hill Country, Hilcorp employees contributed over $64,800 through the Hilcorp Giving Program to support recovery efforts. Over 137 people perished in the floods—many of them children. Funds were directed to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, which provides emergency relief, cleanup assistance, and long-term recovery support through trusted local partners. This response reflects Hilcorp’s core values as employees took swift action to support communities in need. The effort was initially highlighted in the July Hilcorp Newsletter to connect employees with a trusted avenue for giving. The Community Foundation’s strong local presence ensures contributions are deployed efficiently and effectively, helping families rebuild and regain access to essential services. This initiative exemplifies Hilcorp’s ongoing commitment to making a positive impact where we live and work.
